We are seeking a motivated and personable Enrollment Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in connecting with potential students and guiding them through the enrollment process. The Enrollment Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling calls and events to increase enrollment, maintaining high communication standards, and ensuring strong follow-through on all enrollment activities.

To excel as an Enrollment Coordinator, you must be highly communicative, organized, and adept at building relationships. If you have a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals and possess skills in sales, marketing, or customer service, we’d like to meet you.

The goal is to warmly guide potential students on their educational journey, ensuring each one feels valued and supported as they take the first steps towards their future.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for the recruitment and admissions operations of the company, as well as other duties as assigned by the Director.

Required duties include, but are not limited to

• Maintain compliance with all school policies and procedures
• Meet enrollment goals for each campus
• Coordinate all recruitment and enrollment communications – phone, email, mailings
• Provide accurate information to prospective students
• Schedule and conduct career planning sessions
• Follow-up with all interested candidates
• Schedule enrollment appointments
• Schedule and coordinate enrollment activities and events
• Enroll new students and coordinate new class start days
• Communicate with all company Administrative staff regularly
• Report enrollment activities weekly to Regional Director and President

Requirements and skills

• Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office and other design programs such as Canva or Adobe
• Ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and efficient
• Reliable transportation

Job Type

Flexible. This position can flex between 20-40 hours per week based on enrollment activities.

Pay

$23-$25 per hour DOE.
